Eve’s apple is a documentary film shot in 4K reporting the barbarity of Female Genital Mutilation, showing how international agencies and private and public entities fight and look for alternative measures to end this reprehensible practice.

There are many injustices, atrocities and infamies that are inflicted on individuals and groups, but few immoralities and shameful acts reach the level of female ablation. We are talking about the right to one’s body. A right taken away from millions of girls every year, sometimes following the orders of their own mothers or grandmothers, in a society ruled by men with an iron fist.
